Google promises calls from any Internet computers to the U.S. and Canada will be free for 2011 and calls to other countries will be billed at very low call rates.
To use the Gmail phone, please follow these steps:
1. Login Gmail account.
2. Click Chat or your name in the left pane and then Call phone.
3. If this is your first time to make phone call, you may need to install the voice and video plug-in to get this to work.
4. Enter the phone # you want to call and then click Call.
