After the charging, he can&#8217;t take Tesla Charging adopter out because the Unlock Charger button broken and the Tesla shows red. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resolution 1: use ChargPoint app to unlock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>In app, stop charging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>app UI will update with Unlock Charger button. Tap on that and car will unlock the charger socket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pull both adapter and ChargePoint cable out at the same time. Car will close the flag once the adapter is out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>disconnect ChargePoint plug from adapter and put it back in the pedestal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resolution 2: Stop charging using Tesla app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Situation: The client uses Chargepont and Tesla SAE J1772 adapter to charge his Model Y.
