1. With the original photo open, adjust Highlight, Shadows, White, Black, Clarity, Vibrance and Blacks as shown below.
2. Now, use Graduated Filter to add light to the dark area (left side in our example).
3. Use Adjustment Brush or Radial Filter to add light to the dancers' faces.
