1. Check the signal strength on the CLEAR WiMax device. make sure that you are getting a consistent signal of : at least 2 lit LED’s on a CLEAR Home Modem; or 3 lighted ‘dots’ on a ‘CLEAR USB modem’.
2. Placing your modem near a window or an external wall for receiving the best signal. Try to find a placement spot with the least number of obstacles between the modem and the tower.
3. Please be sure that your modem is at least 3 feet away from any microwaves, cordless phones, wireless routers, stereo speakers, etc., to avoid any frequency interferences.
