1. Copy or download the song to the Music folder. Also refer to this link: How to download a song from the Internet to your computer
2. Connect the iPad/iPhone to your computer.
3. Make sure you have misics are ready in Music folder under Library.
4. Highlight the iPad/iPhonoe and select Music and check Sync Music.
5. Click Sync on the bottom to download the music from the computer to the iPad. It may take a couple minutes to download the music.
